Originally founded in 1974 by Donald Koenke Sr in Ft Lauderdale, All-Type Roofing became synonymous with excellence in roofing. After over 30 years of successful operation under Donald’s guidance, he decided to retire, and the All-Type Roofing name took a hiatus.
In 2019, the legacy was reignited by Donald’s grandson, Steven Koenke Jr., a proud 3rd generation roofer with nearly a decade of industry experience. With a humble beginning during his time at UCF, where he started a side hustle doing repairs for a property management company focused on student housing, Steven’s passion for roofing grew exponentially. His journey continued with a prominent national roofing company, starting as a Service Manager and eventually ascending to Consumer Sales and Operations Manager for one of the largest roofing companies in the nation.
Now, at the helm of All-Type Roofing Services LLC. with Donald’s blessing to reopen the name, Steven combines his decade-long expertise with the accumulated 30+ years of experience from his seasoned team. Highly qualified in both customer service and operations, Steven and his team are dedicated to serving all your roofing needs, regardless of the scale. Introducing Tara, the latest addition to the All-Type team, and she’s no stranger to the roofing world, thanks to her family lineage. Her background with All-Type Roofing has predominantly been photography-based, leveraging her degree in photography.
Previously focused on photo and website work for All-Type Roofing, Tara made a noteworthy shift. Instead of confining herself to the digital realm, she embraced a hands-on role, immersing herself in the world of roofing. Currently at the helm of the re-roof department, Tara’s journey exemplifies a transition from capturing moments through the lens to orchestrating the meticulous process of re-roofing projects. Her newfound passion for the industry is evident in her commitment to continuous learning and growth alongside the All-Type team.
